If something here is not answered, it is probably worth asking before you put a closet in rather than after.
What happens when I add a fifth property?
The app tells you, and you choose. It does not quietly start charging you more. Up to four properties the per-property price is the cheaper one; from five up the bundle is, so that is what it will point you at.
Do my cleaners cost extra?
No. Cleaners are never counted in the price, on any plan. You can also give someone a share link instead of an account, which needs no sign-up at all and can be revoked in a tap.
What if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. The account drops back to the free limits and everything you put in stays readable and exportable. You simply cannot add past one property again until you are on a plan.
Is there a card to start?
No. One property is free permanently with no card. Paid plans begin with a 14 day trial, and you are asked for a card at the end of it rather than the beginning.
